The Island Cup Race Series hit My Prevost in Duncan this weekend (my personal favorite trails), and from all accounts it was a great success. There were some really quick times lead by the race winner (Expert Men’s) Dean Tennant with a time of 4:08:00…wow. Results here! Cowichan Cycles was the sponsor for this years race, and it sounds like they did a stellar job. Of course events like this are not possible without a host of volunteers as well, so a big thanks to them too.
